Marketing & Client Service Coordinator
Downtown Asheville, NC Office
We are seeking a creative, service & detail-oriented and motivated individual to serve as a marketing coordinator and administrative assistant. This position starts out as part-time, approximately 24 hours per week, but could quickly transition to full-time. Must be a true team player.
The successful candidate will be very familiar with CRM software, customer service, social media strategy and graphic/web design. Experience planning & coordinating events, public/media relations, using Google Adwords & Analytics and SEO are a plus. Responsibilities also include administrative tasks, including phones & reception, client outreach, calendar management, gifting, CRM and mail campaigns. Mac user preferred.
Excellent writing, communication and editorial skills are a must as well as a strong client service ethic. This individual will grow into an integral, long-term part of our team.

- Social Media Management: Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram
- Content planning
- CRM (Redtail)

Earth Equity Advisors is a fast-growing socially and environmentally responsible investment management and financial planning firm based in Asheville, NC. We are looking for highly ethical and motivated Financial Advisors & Planners to help us grow throughout the Southeast.
Priority locations include Atlanta & Savannah, GA, Roanoke, VA, Raleigh/Durham and our Asheville, NC headquarters.
These individuals will lead our expansion, with day-to-day responsibilities to include prospecting for and servicing their own new clients for our internationally-recognized program of socially responsible investments.
Ideal candidates will have experience in business development and account management within the financial services sector, deeply interested in environmental and social issues, and committed to personal growth.
Bachelor’s degree required. Graduate degree preferred. Series 65 or 66 or past experience in financial services a plus.
Successful candidate will acquire Certified Financial Planner designation within 2 years.
Must be highly ethical, self-motivated with an outgoing personality that works well within our team setting. Local community involvement is essential. Outstanding communication, active listening, relationship-building and negotiating skills. Capable of quickly building rapport with clients, assessing their needs and presenting relevant features and benefits of our firm’s products and services. The ability to work independently, in a virtual office with a high degree of quality & discipline. Must be self-motivated and client-service oriented. Must be able to prioritize tasks and work well under pressure while remaining focused.
